Appointments are not finalized unless you have received a confirmation email from this system.
If you receive a cancellation choose an alternate date in the future and resubmit.
Typically I can not answer my phone during the day because I am in appointment.
Email is the best form of communication and please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
Late appointments must be rescheduled after 15 minutes. Coupon customers will forfeit one application for late and/or no-show appointments.
